a few words about me

im a pattern matcher. i approach all problems this way.

humans are pattern matching beings so the way we make sense of reality is through these patterns. its how we understand the world. mathematics is so useful because it helps us define these patterns (whether it was discovered or invented is a topic for a different section on this website, and trust me i have thoughts on it).

i apply this to everything i do. i seek the patterns in technologies i use and in human nature.

in my work, patterns are the way we manipulate the world. we study, model the pattern, then abstract. this framework is how i learn new technologies so quickly. i know to look for the pattern because i know the people who invented it did the same thing.

im inspired by dostoevsky because, in my opinion, he found the fundamental pattern of human nature. i speak about this a lot in my thoughts section, but wanted to point out that these patterns are not only applicable to technology.
